Case reviews and second opinions
When a parent or relative in Ghana gets a serious diagnosis, the family is often spread across countries and time zones. Monica gives everyone the same clear picture, so the next decision is made with confidence, together with the treating doctor.

Before you start
Missing something? Our team in Ghana can collect it from the hospital.
The person paying starts the case. That might be a son in New Jersey or a daughter in London. The patient then receives a link to give consent, and nothing moves forward without it.
The patient chooses what family members can see: the full report, a summary, or only that the case is moving. They can change that choice at any time.
The process
Whoever is arranging the review opens the case and pays.
The patient receives a link to agree and choose who sees what.
Within 48 hours, we confirm what we have and collect what is missing.
A clinician or specialist reviews the full case.
Booked once the report is ready, through a link we send.
This form is hosted in our secure care platform. You'll book the results call later through a link we send.
